hallo!

hey sarah and linting! today is my 4th day in Germany and here are some updates! The first day was quite tiring, i reached at abt 6am Germany time, after a long flight. i was very excited when the airplane landed, could hear my heartbeat too! haha oh but changi airport stil ooks prettier. hehe oh so i was purely running around the streets with luggages to settle accommdation. it was army training! or even worse. The weather is unbearable! haha i arrived at Mannheim Hauptbahnhof which is like an interchange station which all buses would go. For my hostel, its rather inaccessible, with ony 2 buses towards Mannheim Hbf.

So the interesting event i attended so far was fasching(Carnival). The whole atmosphere is just so happening! People dress up in costumes and look on as performers and people throw sweets! Like the one below dressed like football

I was also busy picking up sweets. This small boy on the right is my competitor!

Today i tried the Bratwurst and currywurst. Its very nice! But expensive too =(
